JRVC Boger Site details / room plan

A special place for retreats

The MAIN SITE includes nine cabins (without bathrooms), two separate modern bathhouse facilities, a kitchen/dining hall, a recreation building, twelve camper hook-ups, two outdoor chapels, and Mt. Zion Cabin (which does have bathrooms). Bath, dining, and multi-purpose recreation room, and Mt. Zion Cabin are all handicap accessible. [Clean-up policy: find clean and leave in like condition.]

MT. ZION CABIN is at times available without booking the entire site. It is a self-contained unit in the Main Site which sleeps twelve in three bedrooms. The cabin has a kitchen, central common area, and two bathrooms.

The BOGER SITE consists of The Shuford Living Unit, a modern handicap accessible facility with six adult friendly bedrooms (each containing own bath). Four rooms in this unit contain both a full and a bunk bed. The remaining two rooms each have two sets of bunk beds. The living unit also contains kitchen and dining areas designed to accommodate the capacity of the building (20 - 24 persons). A recently completed Boger Living Unit offers an additional twenty beds in a similar configuration. An adjacent Abernethy Bridge (included at no additional cost when booking rooms in the Boger Site) offers 900 square feet of program space, plus a small kitchen and bath. Both areas are equipped with central air heating and cooling systems. The OUTPOST SITE consists of four A-frame cabins, an activity shelter, a worship area, a covered cooking area, and latrines. The site is primitive, developed without drinking water or electricity.
